Festivity On Tour 2025

Festivity on tour was a summer 2025 showcasing event celebrating Derbyshire’s creative community. It was led by Arts Derbyshire supported by The Tent People, funded by a grant from Arts Council England and Foundation Derbyshire, and took place across multiple venues in Derbyshire, including Bolsover Castle, King George V Park (Staveley), Victoria Park (Ilkeston), Tapton Lock and Melbourne Festival.

The events showcased local talent through live music, spoken word, storytelling, workshops, and a digital exhibition presenting the work of eleven Derbyshire visual artists / film makers. All was centred around a unique pop-up tented village that brought artists and audiences together in an inclusive, celebratory setting.
