Being active means staying independent for longer, with a better quality of life. d:dance will help you to feel more confident, improve your balance and strength, and you’ll meet like-minded people over a cuppa too. Our fun and accessible class is suitable for anyone aged 55 and over, at whatever stage of fitness or mobility. You don’t need any dance experience – just come along and enjoy the music!

· Thursdays from 6/2/20 (Derbyshire school term time only, so no class on 20th Feb as its half term.)
