The Workshop

Join Sarah from Ewe Tree Yarns for an evening of festive creativity and fun! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the beautiful art of macramé and craft your very own snowflake or star decoration – perfect for adding a handmade touch of Christmas magic to your home.

Sarah will guide you step by step through the essential macramé knots, so whether you’re a total beginner or have tried macramé before, you’ll be supported every twist and loop of the way. All equipment and materials are provided – you just bring your festive spirit!

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a stunning decoration that’s either a thoughtful handmade gift or a charming keepsake for your own Christmas tree.

Specific to this workshop:

• Please feel free to bring a small, easy to eat snack with you, if you are going to miss having an evening meal. We can provide you with a plate.
• Reading glasses if you need them.

What skills are needed?

No experience is necessary. You will need a certain amount of finger dexterity to hold and maneouvre the wool with both hands.

What are the timings?

This is a relaxed evening running from 5pm to 8pm.

Our purple front door will be open from 4.30pm so we can welcome you in, you can get to meet Sarah and your fellow crafters and grab a mulled wine before you start!

How many places are available?

To ensure the quality of your personal experience, the group size is limited to 8.

What is the cost?

£32.50 + £1.26 card fee. This includes all the materials needed to make your macramé decoration, mulled wine and mince pie during the evening.
