Your workshop host, Angela, is looking forward to meeting you and says: “Join us for a spooktacular day of creativity and craft, as you learn to needlefelt your very own Halloween ornaments! Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to improve your skills, this hands-on session is the perfect way to get into the spooky spirit.

What You’ll Make: Choose from adorable ghosts, charming pumpkins, or create a mix of both to decorate your home this Halloween! All made in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with tea, coffee & Halloween treats! Spaces are limited – book now to avoid a fright!”

What to bring on the day?

Anticipation to enjoy the whole experience!

Specific to this workshop:

• Reading glasses if you need them.
• Please bring your own lunch or some money to buy something from either the hot-food hut nearby or the small local Asda.

What skills are needed?

Perfect for Beginners & Improvers, so no experience is necessary. You will receive step-by-step guidance from an experienced tutor. You will be using a repetitive up and down action into your wool with a felting needle. The needle has a comfortable handle. At the same time, with your other hand, you will be holding onto and shaping the wool. You need a certain degree of concentration to make sure you keep the needle from pricking your other hand, As soon as you get into the swing of it, you should find it a soothing, mindful process.

What are the timings?

This is a relaxed full-day running from 10am to 4pm.

Our purple front door will be open from 9.30am so we can welcome you in, you can get to meet Angela and your fellow crafters and grab a cuppa before you start.

How many places are available?

To ensure the quality of your personal experience, the group size is limited to 8.

What is the cost?

£55 + £1.09 card fee. This includes all the materials needed to make your Halloween ornaments, drinks and home-made biscuits during the day (excluding lunch)
