What's on
We want to see your book on the shelves! Take the time, and the action needed, to finally finish your first draft.
Starting a book can be great fun, but finishing it can feel hard, especially when you’re writing on your own. Our ‘Finish Your Book’ group programme can help. Giving you time to write. Gaining feedback on your writing. Setting goals. Learning how to edit. And doing all of this as part of a small, dedicated group of writers.
Our programme will provide you with motivation and practical support. We want to see you type ‘the end’. We want you to finish your first draft so you can achieve your wildest dreams. This programme is for non-fiction or fiction writers, but not for poets (we have another amazing course for our lovely poetry friends).

Overview:
Writing can feel lonely, but know you are not alone. We care about you and your book, and we want you to finish it! Our new group programme has been designed specifically for writers who have started and stopped, but still can’t shake the desire to finish their book. It’s time to bring your story to life, and we’re here to make that happen. It’s time to make a plan, take time to write and finish your story.
We’ll transport you to our writers’ room, as we write together with focused and guided creative time.
We’ll arm you with tools to help you start editing your novel, or non-fiction book.
We teach you how to provide useful feedback on written work, and we’ll help you to understand what you can learn as you provide feedback on the work of others.
We’ll help you solve some of your biggest writing problems.
Each week you’ll be asked to read and provide feedback on writing from another course attendee, helping you to learn how to edit and improve your own writing, as well as providing useful feedback to a peer.
You’ll have completed at least 8 writing sprints. You’ll be amazed at how much you can write in these sprint sessions.
You’ll have gained peer feedback on at least 3,000 words of your written work.
You’ll have given feedback on the work of your peers. This will allow you to learn how to edit and it will give you a new perspective on your own work.
You’ll have the chance to submit a personal question or writing problem and we’ll tackle this as a group to help provide you with a solution.
You’ll create an action plan to help you take your writing forward.
And you’ll have spent time with a wonderful group of writers.
Ready to finish your book? Our group programme provides expert guidance and practical advice in a friendly, supportive environment. Don’t let your dream remain unwritten. Join us today and get your book finished.
