The Festive Evening Session 

Your tutor, Angela, is looking forward to meeting you and says: “join us for a cozy and creative evening session where you’ll learn the basics of needle felting and craft your very own adorable Snowman or jolly Santa bauble – perfect for hanging on your Christmas tree or gifting to someone special!”

What to bring?

Anticipation to enjoy the whole experience!

Specific to this workshop:

• Please feel free to bring a small, easy to eat snack with you, if you are going to miss having an evening meal. We can provide you with a plate.
• Reading glasses if you need them.

What skills are needed?

No experience is necessary. You will receive step-by-step guidance from an experienced tutor. You will be using a repetitive up and down action into your wool with a felting needle. The needle has a comfortable handle. At the same time, with your other hand, you will be holding onto and shaping the wool. You need a certain degree of concentration to make sure you keep the needle from pricking your other hand. As soon as you get into the swing of it, you should find it a soothing, mindful process.

What are the timings?

This is a relaxed evening running from 6pm to 9pm.

Our purple front door will be open from 5.30pm so we can welcome you in, you can get to meet Angela and your fellow crafters and grab a mulled wine before you start.

How many places are available?

To ensure the quality of your personal experience, the group size is limited to 8.

What is the cost?

£35 + 79p card fee. This includes all the materials needed to make your Christmas felt decorations, mulled wine and a mince-pie during the evening.
