Visit Hopton Hall, its walled garden and cafe during the Month of Art in July. The garden is open every Thursday to Sunday, from Thursday, 2nd July to Sunday, 26th July 2026.
2D and 3D artists are offered free access to the extensive grounds and gardens of the Estate to create an artwork taking inspiration from their surrounds.
If they wish, they can submit their finished work into the Month of Art competition. Artists are also invited to display and sell their artwork during the event and can book a complimentary gazebo.
The artist with the winning artwork (selected from votes cast by visitors to the Walled Garden during the final weekend of July) is awarded a prize of £1,000, with their artwork put on display at one of Hopton Hall’s venues.
Entry fees for visitors: £5 per adult and £2.50 per child aged 6 to 16. Parking is free of charge.
