BEYOND THE HORIZON
This exhibition aims to challenge us with what lies “Beyond the Horizon”. It offers a poignant juxtaposition of the breathtaking beauty of vast and expansive landscapes of our natural world and the sobering reality of its degradation due to climate change. Through the artist’s lens, viewers are transported to serene landscapes, where azure skies meet verdant forests and shimmering waters, evoking a sense of wonder and tranquility.
As viewers traverse the exhibition space, they are presented not only with the ethereal beauty of nature but also with art that confronts us with the impact of human intervention and the fragile balance between humanity and the natural world. It is a testament to the power of art to provoke reflection, inspire change, and ultimately, to foster a deeper connection with our planet.
Opening: 11th May
The exhibition will run from the 11th May until the end of June at the Courtney Gallery in Ashbourne: 50 St John Street, DE6 1GH.
