Singer-songwriter Hannah Brine releases new single Let Love Find You with a live gig in New Mills on February 9th

Local singer songwriter Hannah Brine is hosting a party for the release of her single Let Love Find You, on Friday February 9th, at Twowood Guitars, New MIlls.  Described by BBC introducing as “Gorgeous”, Let Love Find You leans into Hannah’s jazz sensibilities and, as such, she will be accompanied by pianist Dan Whieldon & Gavin Barras on upright bass.
Hannah, who is likened to Norah Jones and Carol King recorded the song at Grand Chapel Studios at the end of last year.

Hannah says: “I used to sing a lot of jazz when I was younger and its so nice to revisit this style, which feels very ‘home’ to me. I was obsessed with the velvety tones of jazz singers when I was younger, such as Ella Fitzgerald and Carlene Anderson.  I’m looking forward to sharing my music and playing with Dan & Gavin, who are both incredible musicians.

I’m so pleased BBC Introducing have picked up the song already; it’s so nice to create music I am proud of and receive such good feedback.”

Hannah has sold out London’s Pheasantry on a number of times, as well as performed with Gary Barlow and sung on Disney sessions, plus trained choirs for performances at the BBC Proms and Strictly Come Dancing, as well as having a Number 1-selling trance record.
Let Love Find You was co-written with Hannah’s regular collaborator Michael Garvin, responsible for 23 number 1 hits, including George Benson’s Never Give up on a Good Thing, and J Lo’s Waiting For Tonight.

Tickets are £20 and include a Let Love Find You cocktail on arrival, as well as a limited edition CD and tote bag.
