We are super excited to welcome Ambes to Masson Mills in Cromford on the 25th April, as he cooks up a storm for us all!
Originally from Eritrea, Ambes Abraha is a young professional chef who has been building a career in hospitality, both as a chef de partie in a classical French restaurant and through growing his own business supplying delicious globally influenced food for one off events, parties and festivals.
As well as producing the authentic cuisine of his own Habesha culture, Ambes creates dishes influenced by flavours from across the globe, and is also strongly influenced by modern vegan cooking.
For the Arts Derbyshire event Ambes will be serving snacks and finger food (included in the ticket price) with flavours from South America, Africa, and Asia, as well as light supper plates of Eritrean Injera with Berbera spiced sauces and vegetable accompaniment.
Not only will the incredible Ambes be keeping us well fed with incredible food, but we also have much more to look forward to at the fundraiser. Join us on the 25th for spoken-word performance, dance, live band, raffle and much more.
