| Darley Swifts Darley Swifts is a project working with Walter Evans CofE Primary School in response to the declining population of swifts in Britain by focusing on the prevalence of this issue in Darley Park. Research by Derbyshire Wildlife Trust confirms the importance of the swifts in Darley Park. The Darley Swift project has commenced and we are looking at the population of Swifts in Darley Park. We are working with Walter Evans school and Derbyshire Wildlife Trust to highlight the declining numbers of swifts in the park. This project is supported by Darley Abbey ward and Derby City Council.
