High Peak Community Arts are looking for a passionate and focused person to join the senior staff team at an exciting time of review and renewal for the organisation. They have had a few years of change and challenge, and they are now rebuilding after two departures from the senior team to retirement and pastures new. They want to welcome new ideas and a motivated individual to join this journey as they strengthen their direction for the challenges ahead.
Operations, Fundraising and Communications Manager
P/T (50% FTE)

£33,366 – £35,235 pro rata
The Operations, Fundraising and Communications Manager will:
Manage the internal operations of the organisation and ensure that the Board of Trustees meets its legal obligations.
Manage the external profile of High Peak Community Arts, in order to maintain and increase the sustainability of the organisation, through increased visibility and income streams.
Take joint responsibility with the Board of Trustees and the staff team for the ongoing development of the organisation.
