The toy was designed from a photo of the real dog who inspired the story, which in turn is based on one of his real-life escapades. The story is told in my usual rhyming couplets and is enhanced by Liz’s superb illustrations.
The new book’s launch was hosted by Calke Abbey, a National Trust venue that’s been selling my books and toys since 2019.
