Live & Local – Programme Manager 

£36,294 per annum pro rata. Three-year fixed term 24.5 hrs per week either fully remote or hybrid office & home working within a flexitime contract. 

We are looking for a person with relevant experience and ambition to manage our exciting new project for enhancing community creativity in five market towns across the East and West Midlands.

The Programme Manager must be responsive to the diverse range of interests in these towns, including our local authority stakeholders. You will be responsible for supporting our rural hub towns Team in the development and commissioning of projects. Also for the financial, operational and administrative efficiency, marketing and communications and the legal, monitoring and reporting requirements of the project.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in programme, project, people and team management. An individual with excellent creative and problem-solving skills with a ‘self-starter’ attitude and a passion for equality in the arts and culture.

Live & Local is based in Warwick. This role is offered as a salaried flexitime position either remotely based or hybrid.

  • Developing and implementing community-led approaches to creativity.

  • Supporting a professional staff team.
