The Ritz Cinema has been showcasing some great films, here are some to look out for:

SAVE THE CINEMA (12A)

Director: Sara Sugarman. Starring: Samantha Morton, Tom Felton and Jonathan Pryce. UK 2021 109 mins.

Inspired by real-life events, Save The Cinema shows how the resolve of a small Welsh town, was able to bring Tinseltown to their doorstep. The council made the announcement that The Lyric, the town’s much-loved cinema, would be demolished. A late night phone call and a legendary filmmaker throws The Lyric a lifeline and a premiere they will never forget. Will this be enough to save The Lyric?

Look out for our iconic Ritz tickets – the producers wanted to use ‘proper’ cinema tickets so contacted us and ours have a starring role!
