Derby Book Festival have 12 events on offer between Friday 17 – Sunday 19 November in the Autumn Edition that will celebrate the joy of books and reading for people of all ages. Each event will all be held at QUAD, apart from the Festival Book Fair which will be at the Museum of Making on Saturday 18 November from 10.30am – 4pm.

Ambrose Parry: The Dark Secrets of Historical Crime, 5.15pm, £8
Wes Streeting MP: One Boy, Two Bills and a Fry Up, 7.30pm, £12
Saturday 18 November
Festival Book Fair, Museum of Making, 10.30am – 4pm, FREE
Leigh Timmis: The Race of Truth, 10.30am, £8
Sarah Ogilvie: The Dictionary People, 12.30pm, £10
Peter Bellerby: The Globemakers, 3pm, £10
Bob Cryer: Barry Cryer: Same Time Tomorrow?, 5.30pm, £10
Steve Richards: Turning Points: Crisis and Change in Modern Britain, from 1945 to Truss, 7.30pm, £12
Sunday 19 November
Mark Avery: What Wildlife Needs and How to Provide It, 10.30am, £8
Caroline Wheeler: Death in the Blood, 12.30pm, £10
Nina Stibbe: Went to London, Took the Dog: A Diary, 2.30pm, £10
Stuart Maconie: The Full English, 5pm, £12
Closing Event: John Boyne & Anne Griffin, 7.30pm, £12

You can make your bookings for any of the 12 events either online or in person – at QUAD or by calling them on 01332 290606. You now need to choose your seats for QUAD events when you book and you need to do this for each event you want to attend. We advise you to try to book these as early as possible as you may not be able to get the seats you want if you leave it.
You may find it easier to contact QUAD direct (01332 290606) to book your seats as they can talk you through the new system.
Online bookings: Please remember that, when booking online, you do need to log into your QUAD account first.
You can buy the Digital Pass and individual recordings online only from the Festival website not from QUAD. You will need to log into your DBF account on our website to buy the Digital Pass.
