VOTE FOR YOUR FAVOURITE POP STAR ON ELECTION DAY

CAN you sing a bit and do you want to vote for something else on Election Day other than bumbling politicians?

Then vote at Pop Star of the Century at the Springs Theatre, underthefringe.com, Buxton, where the likes of Elvis, John Lennon, Amy Winehouse, Roy Orbison, Agnetha from ABBA & more will be lining up to compete for your support to discover the best ever pop star. You decide.

As an audience member you’re also invited to sing along on the choruses of some amazing songs at this new- for-the-fringe Underground venue in a former shopping centre store.
The Buxton Festival Fringe shows are on July 4, 7-15pm and July 6 10pm. Both last an hour.

Blue Peter Book Badge Initiative Launched for October Half-Term with Shared Reading and Derby Libraries

Derby Book Festival’s Shared Reading Project and Derby City Libraries have announced a new initiative for October half-term. Children aged 5-7 can join a free reading session where Shared Reading volunteers will be on hand to help them apply for their very own Blue Peter Book Badge.

All Words, All Actions, All Weathers Conference and Exhibition
