New Mills Festival 2024 “Out and About” edition

NEW MILLS ART TRAIL 2024

The Art Trail is back!

If you weren’t around to see this in previous years, you can expect to see New Mills transformed into an Art Gallery from 13 to 29 September. Over 100 artists will have their work displayed at 50+ venues around town. It’s wonderful, it’s high quality and it’s free. New Mills Festival Art Trail coordinator, Joanna Allen has taken great care to bring a wide range of work, with paintings, prints, ceramics, 3D models and textiles. Visible in shop windows and local businesses, most art will be viewable even outside shop opening hours, so you’ve no excuse not to find time.

The New Mills Festival paper (yes paper!) brochure is available in all kinds of places around New Mills and Hayfield (I picked mine up at the Rock Mill Centre), and has an Art Trail map and a description of each artist and location. Would recommend a read over a coffee.

DRAW! NEW MILLS

Return your work by 3:30 to Rock Mill in time for the public vote taking place 4pm to 5pm. Four great prizes are there to be won.
