DDance is a dance and movement project for people aged 55+. Many people have been less physically active due to the lockdowns, tiers and isolation.
It is important to keep healthy and active, and dance can play an important and enjoyable role in helping you do that.
DDance commissioned a series of dance and movement-based videos run by our DDance leader, Andrea Haley, a Falls Management & exercise instructor and dance movement therapist. DDance now has a series of half hour videos that you can follow in your own time, and repeat regularly to keep you moving and help get you stronger and more confident with your mobility.
