Mental Health Awareness Week 2024

10th October 2024 is World Mental Health Day.

This year’s theme is focused on ‘Workplace Mental Health.’

Supporting mental health in the workplace should be a priority. Knowing where to signpost and what support is available is key.

Equipping employees with training, skills and knowledge to able to understand their individual needs, support them with changes
and how it can be shaped around the business need, will help retain employees, improve productivity, and have a happier and more mentally healthy workforce.

Across the next few weeks, we are sharing information on our social media platforms to support workplace mental health.

We have also pulled together a World Mental Health Day Toolkit which can be used, downloaded and shared by using this link – https://dccmhsp.com/MHtoolkit
