In 2023 I have managed to have a weekend off every month (I think this was the first time for 10 years), I wanted to go on three spa days (I managed two) and I have made significant progress on finding a place for everything in my house (realistically maybe 40% of my stuff is now in the right place). Setting realistic goals and boundaries is really hard work but not as hard as being compassionate towards yourself if you don’t make the grade you hoped for. I have got a little bit better at all these things this year and that is great progress for me. This year choose to be kind to yourself above all else and work on knowing yourself a little better.

One of the goals I have for this year, similarly to the last few years is to use February to finish off started projects. I have found setting a time limit on this task helps to keep it realistic for me, I have hundreds of projects on the go and there is no way I will finish them all (partly because I am constantly starting more and having new ideas). So 2 years ago I focused on projects. I stored in my living room to prevent getting overwhelmed, last year I made a list and shared the resource I made with you. This year I am going to use that same list format to help me focus on what I want to achieve.
