Join This Networking Event In Bakewell On 22 March 2023

We are delighted to be able to bring face-to-face networking to Bakewell in the Peak District, bringing the FSB and the Peak District National Park together to run an inaugural event. Join us!

As they say, it’s not what you know, but who you know… Destination Digital is delighted to have brought together two friends in high places for a face-to-face networking event in the heart of the Peak District National Park’s only town, beautiful Bakewell.

At Destination Digital Marketing we are proud to call the Peak District National Park Authority’s head offices our home. We’ve been housed in this beautiful building for many years now, in a tranquil place in the pretty market town of Bakewell. The commute to work each day is a joy, and we also have a world of tea shops and cafes on our doorstep too. Perfect!

Managing Director, Debbie Porter, has also been a long-time member of the FSB, volunteering for the organisation since well before the pandemic hit, hosting events online and offline as well as making media appearances for the FSB from time to time as well.

To be able to pull together a networking event that brings these two organisations together in partnership is also an exciting opportunity we’re really pleased to be able to bring to the local business community.

Who is this networking event for?

Bakewell has a thriving visitor economy, and many retail outlets in the town centre itself and so we will be welcoming the local Trader’s Group to the event. There are also hundreds of other types of small businesses from Sole Traders and Microbusinesses through to larger operations, operating in buildings in and around the town, at home and on farms. All are welcome!

So if you are in business and you’d like the opportunity to meet people in the area, come along.

The networking session will be held at the Peak District National Park headquarters on 22 March from 5pm.
