Hi there, I’m Your Queen of Clubs, also known as Frankie Brown-Cornwall.

My soul and family home is Derbyshire, you’ll often find me and my family rambling in the beautiful countryside, idyllic towns and abundant mountains within the area.

My work in psychology and education collide as a qualified and experienced Life Coach Art Therapist. I use expressionist, transient, mixed-media art in my coaching, often opting for natural items. My own artistic expression is typically using acrylic paint.

Creative Genre

Expressionist art is my personal use of art for hobbies, sales and exhibitions. Professionally in art therapy, oracle and coaching, I use mixed-media to enable transient, nature-based and expressionist growth.

Work Undertaken

I'm really looking forward to 'breaking through' on the Derbyshire arts
makers and holistics scene. My work thus far in the surrounding areas has included one-to-one art therapy and coaching
educational sessions
exhibitions
high street galleries
and community art-projects.

Work in Education

For the day job I lead the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities pathway of the BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies and BA (Hons) Education Studies awards at Staffordshire University. I am a Senior Fellow of the HEA and the Early Years Consultant for the Staffordshire University Multi-Academy Trust. I am also an Innovator for the Staffordshire Centre of Learning and Pedagogic Practice (SCoLPP). My research focuses on Higher Order Thinking and The Smile and Laughter Response in Two-Year-Old Children. My current PhD project explores this novel area of development ascertaining ways adults can facilitate pleasure and positive progression.
