My main work is based on “breathing new life into forgotten fabrics”.I recycle old clothing, bedding, curtains etc etc to create stylish and uniquely designed patchwork/appliqued quilts, throws, cushions, bags etc etc.I often work on commissions and regularly work on memmory quilts-patchworks made of a loved ones clothing etc to create unique and individual pieces to cherish.all old clothing tells a tale of when the owner wore it and things they’ve done whilst wearing it and say alot about the person/character they were or are.I also recycle the odd peice of small furniture, and do a variety of hand painted goods. I am available for workshops with either my fabrics or painting.
