Sara creates art works that reflect how we live and interact today, conveying with passion her own mood and views. Her most recent paintings, a series of landscapes ‘Impossible Sky’ have been created by her observations of people, their differences, conflicts and endeavours for resolution. Sara produces work that challenge both her and the viewer creatively and philosophically mainly through expressive mark making, rather than being directly representational. Often working from photographs she has taken or images or sketches ,these snapshots of everyday life are used as a starting point for her paintings which offer a form of escapism, a time to contemplate.
