Artist profile
I graduated from the University of Derby Crafts Course in 2011. I now work from home in South Derbyshire and my studio at Banks Mill in Derby. I make vessels and small sculptures using found, natural materials which I gather each day on walks in local woodlands. Materials include bark, twigs, thorns and feathers which are so often trodden on and overlooked. My techniques are stitching, twining, binding and tying. I exhibit my work in galleries and Craft events nationwide and my prices range from £25 to £300.
