Book/Paper Folding Flowers @ Our crafty Place

Event details

The Workshop

Your tutor, Alyson, is looking forward to meeting you and says: “I will demonstrate the art of book folding to create beautiful flowers in just 3 hours. Paper flowers can be made in a variety of ways, using a variety of papers to get the finish you desire as a bespoke item for your home or unique gift.

The workshops are light hearted, fun and aimed to give a taster of the basic skills needed to produce this popular art. In this class you will learn how to create 3 styles of paper flowers using book pages and craft papers, each of which you will be able to take home with you to impress your friends and family

Everything is provided for the class for you to learn the art of basic paper flower making.”

Creating folded book art is surprisingly simple. It’s one of those crafts that appears more complex than it really is. With some patience and determination, you can turn an ordinary book into a beautiful artistic piece.
