Now a firm fixture in our children’s programme, Bookworms offers a day of stories and nature discovery with storytelling (aimed at under 11s) from authors, illustration demonstrations and talks on nature. Drop in for an hour or stay all day – there’ll be plenty to keep the family occupied.

Using any two-dimensional medium – including paint, pencil, collage, ink or textiles – entrants are encouraged to explore what a 'ray of hope' means to them through art. Artwork can be created individually or collaboratively, with the competition celebrating creativity while raising awareness of the Trust's services.
