The Policy Manager will lead the development and review of organisational policies, monitor legislative and policy changes, support funding and evaluation work, and strengthen the charity’s influence on issues affecting deaf women.

To manage the charity’s financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, effective budget monitoring, compliance with regulatory and donor requirements, strong financial governance, and manage the finance administrator.
