Every Monday throughout January we will be offer a warm space for all. We will have a wide selection of board games, cards and jigsaws to use. Or if you just want an area to do work, read a book or have a chat then come to the Barn. There will also be refreshments on offer.

During 2020, the world went through the terrible COVID pandemic which changed the way society lived. Everyone was affected and no one escaped its consequences, it is still being felt today. However, through this suffering and hardship, human spirit, kindness and love shone through. Shelagh’s Sewing Circle were one such group, that did amazing work and this exhibition showcases their amazing story and achievements.

The Barn gardens are having a bulb and perennial plant sale.
We will be selling a wide range of plants and bulbs perfect for brightening up your spring and summer garden.
We hold a fantastic collection of local Dronfield and the surrounding villages records, 10,000 photographs and a map and wills collection. Come talk to our extremely knowledgeable staff who will be able to answer your queries.

With six voices, playing foot-stomping, heart-warming, uplifting music from traditional roots around the world. Our aim is for you to have a great time (we always do!), be it listening, singing along, dancing or just raising a glass, you’ll be in for a great night.

She also has a secret to tell you. One she can’t tell anyone else. Follow Kirsty’s story through the house parties and Irish pubs of Essex.
From West Ham matches to choir practice, pre-drinks to registration, she will tell you what it’s really like to be an Essex Girl. Essex Girl was awarded Show of the Week, Vault 2019 and Shortlisted for the Tony Craze Award 2018.
