Cinema For All was very sad to learn that our honorary president, the esteemed film critic Derek Malcolm, passed away last Saturday. We send our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends and feel immense gratitude for his commitment to the film society and community cinema movement.

Our much loved Chief Executive Deborah Parker will be leaving Cinema For All for her next adventures. NOTES FROM THE NHS FRONTLINE ROUND UP
Notes from the NHS Frontline was a collaboration with the NHS Wellbeing Hub of three films exploring key workers and their responses to the pandemic, with screenings taking place across June in the North East and Cumbria. A huge thanks to all of our partnering community cinemas, who put on such inspiring screenings, and a huge thanks to everyone who came along to one of the screenings and made them such a success.

The Adventures in Cinema fund will support activity that helps children and young people to be able to regularly experience the fun of cinema and to enjoy a wider range of screen culture. Members of Film Hub Scotland can access up to £2,000 to support your screenings and events.
