Remember the world wide media attention grabbing Belper Moo? https://www.facebook.com/BBCRadioDerby/videos/925062664593366/
Well now, the poem written to capture this unique moment in time when many people within the town of Belper helped ease the loneliness and frustration during lockdown – by moo-ing each lockdown evening, is available as a beautiful illustrated book!
All proceeds from book sales will be donated to The Mental Health Foundation.
The first copies of the book will be available, on Sunday, 13th June, between 10.00am and 3.00pm when the author of the poem, Carol Brewer, will be outside No28, Belper Market Place.
Project D – the fabulous doughnut team who kindly sponsored the book, will also be there with a moo inspired doughnut or two!!
Come and be part of the MOOvement!
All social distancing & covid protocol will be respected, so please get in touch as soon as possible, so that we can make safe arrangements accordingly.
Hope to hear from you shortly – MOO won’t want to miss out!
