Reimagine – Starting 11th February, Every Saturday: 11am – 1pm
We will be inviting young people to meet at Artcore each Saturday for workshops entitled Reimagine and we will also be working with local Schools to facilitate supporting workshops delivered by artists and guest speakers. The workshops aim to encourage young people to become more aware of environmental issues whilst exploring themes surrounding identity and symbolism. The project will be underpinned by the powerful message of Reduce, Re-use, Recycle and Reimagine. Artcore are creating the opportunity for young people to make themselves into ‘Derby City Superheroes’ to make sure their voices are heard loud and clear! This project will culminate in a final showcase, representing the power of communities to work together to bring about positive change. |
