This workshop is suitable for beginners or if you have previous experience of working with clay.
You will make and decorate a series of individually designed bowls and spoons using the pinch and coil method. You will also explore a variety of ways in which you can decorate pottery including impressed and raised decorative techniques. In the second part of the session, we will explore slab work where you will create your own personal textured platter inspired by nature.
All materials provided.
Your work will be ready to collect from the gallery once they have been glazed and fired by Jo.
Please bring an apron and a cloth for your hands.
