‘Highland Cow’ – Painting Workshop with Sue Gardner

Bright and colourful Highland Cow acrylic painting workshop.

Venue – St Helens Church Heritage Centre, 3 Lower Church St, Ashby-de-la-Zouch LE65 1AA

All the materials needed for the day are provided, Spend the day with me painting, learning and socialising with a small group of like minded artists and take home your own original version of my ‘Highland Cow’ painting size 45cm x 60 cm on canvas. This workshop is suitable for beginners and practiced artists alike. We will experiment with colour mixing, mark making, splattering, layering and glazing, to create a fabulous Highland Cow with wildflowers like this one shown.

We begin at 10am, and paint till 3pm with breaks for coffee/tea and cake (provided), and lunch(please bring a packed lunch)

Wear clothing that wont mind an accidental splash of paint, and get ready to have fun, relax and learn.

Parking is available in a small free carpark nearby, and at various town car parks- map attached.

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to two weeks before the workshop date by request
