Leabrooks Wellness Group Secret Postcard Event

A SECRET POSTCARD COMPETITION & EXHIBITION

This exhibition is open to all artists worldwide and is in aid of the Creative Wellness  Group’s projects offering support to individuals and promoting their wellbeing.

How to enter the competition:

• Create a postcard, 12cm x 17cm, (the size must be adhered to), featuring an original image. Photos or photocopies of previous work will not be acceptable but any medium is allowed, including textiles, ceramics, digital art, Gelli prints, etc. Images must be created on strong card for the purpose of display.
• Write your name, signature, title of work, medium and your email address on the reverse of the card. (The identity of the artist must remain a secret to ensure unbiased voting.)
• The maximum number of entries/postcards per artist is 5.
• Entries/postcards will be regarded as donations to support the projects of the Creative Wellness Group but, if you wish your work to be returned, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your submission(s). If your work is retained it will be sold at a later date.
• Postcards will be sold for £15 each following voting for the available prizes:                 £50 for The Gallery Owner’s prize and a range of art materials for The Gallery Visitors’ Prize.

Postcards will be exhibited in Leabrooks Gallery from October 18th – November 28th.
