The Comedy Village – Crookes Social club

Event details

The Comedy Village was created by comedian Rob Rouse. He wanted to bring the best stand-up comedy to the small villages in the Peak District. His dream was to create evenings full of laughter, that would bring small communities together, reducing the need for people to have to travel into the cities to find entertainment and culture.

JUSTIN MOORHOUSE Is one of Britains favourite Stand ups. He first burst into our lives in the hit sitcom ‘Pheonix Nights’ with Peter Kay and has gone from strength to strength. He’s appeared in Live at the Apollo BBC and countless other radio and tv shows. His latest tour “The Greatest show of my life” has played to rapturous receptions across the country – Justin’s ability to blend side-splitting humour with touching insights offers a rare glimpse into the human condition through the lens of a comedian. More than just a series of jokes, this is a heartfelt journey through the joys, sorrows and hilarity of life, delivered with Justin’s characteristic charisma and warmth. Prepare to laugh, reflect and connect deeply with every story, making this evening an unforgettable highlight in your cultural calendar.

Head to Crookes Social Club on December 17th to see this wonderful event.
