Introducing Tapton Lock Mini – a one day festival of fun for families, celebrating art and the outdoors.
At this small but perfectly formed event, you can take a trip on a narrowboat, try the ever-popular ‘Have a Go’ canoes or take part in two artist-led workshops and make something beautiful to take home.
There will also be live theatre – The Journey from Here to Now, a brand new promenade performance, featuring contributions from children and young people in and around Chesterfield. There will be three shows over the day for visitors to watch, walk with or participate in!
