New shows announced in 2023 at Derby Arena

Derby LIVE is delighted to announce two brand new shows at Derby Arena for 2023.

Appearing in early 2023, hit shows The Illegal Eagles and Steve Steinman’s Anything For Love will once again provide nights to remember in Derby Arena.

Both shows have previously been sell-out success and will bring their brand-new productions to delight audiences in Derby.

Celebrating 50 years since the legendary US west coast country band The Eagles formed back in 1971, The Illegal Eagles will return to Derby on Sat 25 Mar 2023 8pm. This new production will showcase their trademark prowess, attention to detail and, of course, incredible showmanship.

Featuring some of the very best of the Eagles’ catalogue of classics including, Hotel California, Desperado, Take It Easy, New Kid In Town and Life in the Fast Lane.

Now in their 23rd year on the road The Illegal Eagles latest all-star line-up include, producer Phil Aldridge, Tony Kiley (formerly from 80s sensation The Blow Monkeys) on drums, Bafta Award-winner Christian Phillips on vocals and guitars, Trevor Newnham (Dr Hook) vocals and bass, Greg Webb vocals and guitars, Mike Baker vocals and guitars and Garreth Hicklin vocals and guitars.

The Illegal Eagles have established themselves not only as the ultimate celebration of The Eagles, but as one of the foremost authentic and talented shows in the world.

Tickets are priced at £34.50 and are on sale now.

Well known for his stage presence, Steve Steinman’s brings his 30th anniversary tour of Anything For Love–The Meatloaf Story to Derby Arena on Sat 22 April 2023 7.30pm

Following the sad passing of Meat Loaf earlier this year, Anything For Love is the perfect tribute to the man that gave us hits such as Anything For Love, Bat Out Of Hell, Paradise By The Dashboard Light, Took The Words Right Out Of My Mouth, Two Out of Three Ain’t Bad, Dead Ringer For Love, Total Eclipse Of The Heart and many, many more.

With an incredible stage set, live band and production, combined with Steve’s legendary sense of humour, this show is guaranteed to have you singing along to some of the best of Meat Loaf’s hits.

Tickets are priced at £33.50 and are on sale now.

Tickets for both shows can be purchased online at derbylive.co.uk, at the Sales and Information Centre Riverside Chambers, Full Street, Derby, DE1 3AF, or by calling 01332 255 800.
