Derby LIVE launches their new LIVE Tickets website

Over the summer, Derby City Council’s Derby LIVE team have been working hard to rebrand and relaunch our third-party ticketing services to make selling tickets easier, quicker and more convenient. The newly-branded service, LIVE Tickets, and website, livetickets.org, is now up and running for selling tickets for a variety of our customer’s events.

LIVE Tickets offers a streamlined ticketing service and online platform to promoters, producers, theatre companies and businesses in Derby and across the country, who may not otherwise have access to a ticketing solution for their customers. LIVE Tickets offers the ability to sell to national and regional audiences utilising the expertise, public trust and brand awareness of Derby LIVE. Services include in person box office in the lead up to, and on location for an event; dedicated online and phone booking system; and marketing and promotion through website and social media presence.

The service is first rate, and guarantees excellent customer and client service, continuous transport communication and feedback and efficient financial turn-around” Paul Broesmith, The Lost Boys.

LIVE tickets can also provide audiences with electronic tickets, offering customers greater convenience, time saving services and most importantly in these unprecedented times, a hands-free solution to ticketing and events, from intimate one-off performances to large scale festivals and touring productions.

LIVE Tickets is the go-to box office for the city of Derby, providing an efficient, effective physical and virtual point of sale for our customers… I cannot recommend LIVE Tickets highly enough.” Dr Alex Rock, Derby Cathedral

For audiences, LIVE Tickets offers a more accessible approach to event ticketing moving forward. To find out how LIVE Tickets can help service your needs, visit the website livetickets.org.
