A special evening of beautiful original songs and poetry at Over Haddon Village Hall

Last year, Over Haddon Village invited Phil Baggaley, Bill Varnam and Nina Blaszczyk to the Village Hall to perform their wonderful show ‘Broken Instruments’, described as “a beautifully crafted piece [with] sublime music and singing” EdFringe.com,

This year, singer-songwriters Phil and Nina are back and, this time, inspired by the words of the best-selling poet Donna Ashworth, they bring you their new show ‘Beyond the Blue’ on Friday, April 26 – an evening of beautiful original songs. Let calming melodies and thoughtful lyrics take you on a moving musical journey.

With echoes of the best acoustic traditions, this unique concert – interwoven with beautiful poetry – invites moments of reflection on life’s profound beauty and depth. They will be performing at the village hall before taking the show to the Edinburgh Fringe later this year.

So they are delighted to welcome back Phil and Nina once again. Doors open at 7.30pm for an 8pm start. Tickets are £8 and can be booked by emailing events@ohvh.org.uk. The bar will be available. Book early to avoid disappointment and they look forward to seeing you there for a truly memorable night.
