The Crescent Heritage Trust first invited The Peak District Artisan to exhibit in the newly refurbished Crescent Hotel in 2022. Showcasing their work in this spectacular venue is a real honour and being at the heart of the town during Buxton’s Festival means lots of new visitors and a real buzz to the show.
“We were delighted to return in 2023 and can confirm we will be back again in 2024!”
Featuring an exciting collection of contemporary artworks from some of the best professional artists, designer makers and artisans in the Peak District, the exhibition is set in the stunning Assembly Rooms at the Crescent hotel with the artists in attendance.
The show runs from Friday 5th to Sunday 7th July 2024 and is open 10am to 5pm daily
Exhibiting artists for 2024 are: Ceramicists: Claire Allam, Kathryn Watson, Bel Holland & Vivienne Sillar; Jewellers Karin Sheldon, Sally Ratcliffe and Amanda Graham; Textile and mixed media artists Alison Wake, Adrienne Brown, Ingrid Katarina Karlsson, & Joanna Allen; Glass blower Thomas Petit; and fine artists Cath Dunn, & Pam Smart
