2021 Best Production award-winners, Spanner in the Works Theatre Company, return with a hard-hitting drama, Runny Honey, following three women thrown together in prison.
In 2019 the number of women in Northern Ireland prisons hit a five-year high. People who are locked up can’t contribute to the decline of the community as a whole. What happens when women are thrown together in a prison? Are their stories different inside than out?
Mel I was doing a degree in child development but after a few weeks I realised my career lay somewhere else.
