As well as having the opportunity to work with like-minded creatives, studio holders at Haarlem work in a Grade 2* renovated English Heritage mill building of historical importance. Studios are warm and bright, and there is an exciting programme of contemporary exhibitions and events. We link to the wider creative community through our broad range of networks, and are multidisciplinary, bringing together photography, conceptual art, painting, filmmaking, textiles, art writing, interior architecture, botanical illustration, installation art, garden design, nature photography, literature, writing, heritage interpretation, ceramics, music production, performance art, wood and metal work, jewellery, printmaking, garment design and making into one space. We consider applications from anyone interested in rural and environmental culture, and also have a commission and a residency programme.
Please complete and return our application form if you would like to be considered for a studio at Haarlem Artspace, or get in touch at studios@haarlemartspace.co.uk to arrange a visit
