Live At Melbourne Hall to screen Back To The Future, 25th June

Live At Melbourne Hall are continuing their love of all things 80’s, screening Back To The Future as part of the new Outdoor Under Cover Cinema in the walled garden on Sunday 25th June; just a couple of days after Radio 2 Sounds of the 80’s with Gary Davies on Friday 23rd.

The highest grossing film of 1984 on its release turned Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd into international superstars and is still considered one of the most iconic and loved movies of all time and perfect for all the family to enough in a great summer setting at the stately home in South Derbyshire.

Marty McFly, a typical American teenager of the Eighties, is accidentally sent back to 1955 in a plutonium-powered DeLorean “time machine” invented by a slightly mad scientist. During his often hysterical, always amazing trip back in time, Marty must make certain his teenage parents-to-be meet and fall in love – so he can get back to the future

With glamping, top comedians, music, films, food and more planned for 2023, the South Derbyshire stately home is quickly becoming a destination for more than just its iconic gardens.
