That’s right, here we go! It’s time to go to gate… the Stainsby Festival gate. And remember, you can save yourself a tenner by buying before you get there. That’s just £90 for booking right now. It’s a great line up from the likes of Rusty Shackle, George Borowski (and his latest band), Seize the Day, Rory McLeod,Gaelforce, Oli Matthews (and his latest band),Judy Dunlop, Bella Gaffney and… ooh!…loads, loads more. What’s more, there’s a whole load else to enjoy. We know the music is, as always, fabulous but the festival offers lots, lots more. There is of course the fantastic Paul Dear’s drumming circles, where everyone gets to be… (insert name of favourite drummer here). Not only that, there’s poetry, singarounds, meet the songwriter sessions with some of our headliners, a superb range of boutique local beers, workshops from comedy improv, to pottery and weaving, a singers competition, boutique beers, yoga sessions, kid’s entertainment, walkabout from Rattlebox Theatre, and did we mention the boutique beers?

Though of course the greatest thing is always the atmosphere. It’s what makes Stainsby, Stainsby. On a superb greenfield site, with stunning views across open fields and woods to Hardwick Hall on the opposite hill. Where better to spend a glorious weekend camping?

Talking of atmosphere, it’s going to be particularly special this year. The event’s going to be held on Stainsby’s own fields for the very first time (even though it’s seen over 50 others already!) because they now belong to us. This is absolutely not one to miss!
