Another great act lined up this year at Lost in the Hills

Raoul Vignal

Will be travelling from Europe this May to be part of Lost in the Hills annual festival.  Born in France, his soothing vocals and delicate fingerpicking technique stand as his trademarks in composition. The 29-year-old singer, songwriter and guitarist spent a long time playing punk rock before finding his folk aesthetic by listening to the music of Nick Drake.  His first album “The Silver Veil”was released on 2017

Raoul Vignal creates authentic, contemporary folk music using alternative tunings and soft, gentle vocals. His music is characterized by captivating compositions that blend subtle shades of melancholy with spirited arpeggios. Although his style is firmly rooted in folk traditions, it also reflects the modern world, resulting in a timeless and deeply emotional sound.
