The Arts Derbyshire Creative Health team is delighted to share our latest article, featured in the newest edition of Fresh magazine by Air Arts.
Air Arts is an ambitious arts in health programme developed in partnership with staff and patients at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton. Through creative experiences across hospital settings, the programme aims to improve wellbeing, support recovery, provide a positive distraction from illness, and enhance the experience of the more than 15,000 staff and 2 million patients and visitors who use the hospitals each year.
Fresh magazine is available in both print and digital formats throughout the Derby and Burton hospitals, sharing stories that celebrate the positive impact of arts, creativity and wellbeing.
In our latest article, we explore Arts Derbyshire’s Creatives in Place programme, highlighting the difference creativity is making across our communities, the impact of our projects, and the inspiring people behind them. We hope you enjoy reading it.
