Amber Valley Public Health Partnership Small Grants Scheme

 The Public Health Small Grants scheme is here to support your group to deliver help to your communities. The aim of the fund is to improve the wellbeing of people living in Amber Valley by providing support around all aspects of health through projects related to Public Health Priorities in Amber Valley. These are:

  • Older People/Ageing Well • Physical Activity/Healthy Weight • Social Isolation Loneliness • Mental and Emotional Health and Well Being • Supporting communities to Share important health information and respond to Cost of Living Crisis/Financial Inequality. Reduce Health inequalities between different communities

 Grants are up to £2,000 for constituted groups and £250 for non-constituted. To request an application form and further information please contact Glynn Wilton:
