Fire Breathing & Beginners Aerial Hoop Courses

Coming Up in August & September

Beginers Hoop Course Starting 5th September

Bored of burpees and pull ups? Want to have fun while working out?

Then ditch the gym and join the 1% who fly without an airplane. In this fun 6 week course you’ll go from zero experience to learning the basics of the traditional circus discipline, the aerial hoop.

Aerial hoop is a suspended steel hoop, much like a hula hoop, but rigged by one or two points and may have evolved from the high wire and trapeze swinging acts, which in turn came from gymnastics and acrobatics.

You’ll not only get the chance to have fun but also enjoy these amazing benefits

Improves core stability and strength.
Improves balance.
Increases flexibility.
Improves joint mobility.
Increased upper body strength.
Building endurance.
It’s fun!!!!!!!

You don’t need any prior experience and it doesn’t matter if you can’t do a pull up because our amazing and welcoming instructor Holly knows how to get anyone flying in no time

Unlike traditional workouts you’ll work all the muscles in your body, burn more calories, get flexible & strong all while having fun & meeting new people

So why not try something new and different?

Spaces are limited so book now to avoid disappointment
